SHIPPING RATE
All orders for delivery within the EU have set shipping rates depending on your location. Shipping comes with insurance and track and trace.

DELIVERY AREA
Currently, shipping is only available to addresses within the EU. 

PROCESSING TIME
Orders of the first drop are all shipped on the 27th of August,  Thereafter, they are processed within 14 business days but we will do our best to ensure they are processed sooner when possible. 

SOLD OUT ? 
When sold out: products are not held in stock will have a lead time, this will be clearly communicated on the product page and at checkout. You can sign for info about new drops here.

DELIVERY TIME
Standard delivery times depend on your location.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays. We use a variety of couriers depending on your location, commonly PostNL or DPD.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your order’s journey.

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
If you have specific delivery instructions or requirements, please include them with your order or contact our customer service team.
Should you require a specific delivery date for your package please arrange this through the courier related to your track and trace code. 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
In the event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
